Students may require extra time to get special paperwork completed for certain classes (e.g., independent study) or to work on a special assignment (e.g., independent projects, thesis, dissertation research). For these types of courses, students are allowed to register through the 10th day of the quarter, which is identified in the University 校历.

登记 for 独立学习 courses must be completed using the 独立学习 Agreement form available from the 办公室 of the Registrar and cannot be accomplished over the web. Students must submit the completed form to OTR via email to register for these classes.
